During Quarter 3-2023, Ardrey home average and median home sale prices increased 9% and 10%, respectively, compared with the same quarter one year ago. They were also up significantly from the Second Quarter 2023. The list to sale price ratio increased 3% over one year ago and 4.4% over one quarter ago. With just two homes sold in the Third Quarter, homes in Ardrey remain in great demand, which is not by any means being satisfied by supply.

Living in  Ardrey is like going back in time into an old-fashioned neighborhood, yet inside homes offer high end, custom finishes and a 21st century lifestyle appreciated by families, empty nesters, and active adults.

 

Homes in Ardrey range from 2,700 to over 4,000 square feet with an open-concept floor plan. All the homes feature two or three car garages, screened porches, front porches, large rooms with 10 foot ceilings, custom finishes such as granite countertops, 4-piece crown molding, extensive hardwood flooring. All of the homes have spacious first floor owner’s suites and many of the plans offer a second or third bedroom on the main floor.

Ballantyne Village is also accessible within minutes. All the major medical practices in Charlotte maintain offices in Ballantyne, as well. The Novant Health Ballantyne Medical Center opened in 2023, providing  emergency services, maternity care, surgery, outpatient diagnostic testing and more.  Also nearby are Trader Joe’s, Ballantyne Country Club, Piper Glen Club, horseback riding facilities in nearby Waxhaw.

Coming soon to Ballantyne area are a new middle school and a new high school.
