  • Median days on market stood at 12 days in June 2019, up 2 days compared with one year ago but down 4 days compared with the most recent month of May.
  • Average price per square foot was $155/square foot in June 2019, up $4/square foot compared with the same period in 2018. 
  • Pending sales in Ballantyne increased 27.6% in June 2019 versus the same month last year.
