Home prices were up; closed and pending sales were down due to lack of inventory. New listings also down year-over-year putting further strain on inventory, sales, and home prices. Average days on market were 37 (down 17.8%), but median days were only 11, down 26.7% year-over-year. Charlotte's Indian Trail area is without doubt a seller's market and buyers had little room to negotiate price.
