10 years ago, we were living in NY and wanting to move to Charlotte. Task #1 was to find a competent broker. I found Nina via a google search. She looked good, but this was going to be a shot in the dark. After plaguing her with many phone calls without getting her to put me off, we decided that she would be our broker of choice. This was great decision, since I had told Nina that we had a weekend to find a house.
Nina was patient and very understanding of my deadlines. On our second day of house hunting, she did indeed find us the house that we loved, and we are still living there today. Without a doubt, Nina is my first choice of broker.
