While National Love Your Pet Day is not an “official” holiday in the strictest sense of the word and its origins are unknown, it’s a day many pet owners look forward to so they can give their pets an extra dose or two or even three of love, pampering and attention. Of course, in my own home, it’s national love your pet day everyday, as I suspect it is many American households.
