Home prices increased slightly over June 2023. Days on market were just 18, 50% lower than the 2023 year-to-date average. List to sale price ratio was just over 100%, indicating very little opportunity for buyers to negotiate on price. Indian Land remained a seller's market with just 2.48 months supply of inventory.

Months supply of homes remained low at 1.2 months, while overall inventory increased, as did days on market. New listings decreased 5.4%, despite a year-over-year 87.5% increase in new construction inventory and a 66.7% increase in resale home inventory. First time since February 2021 list to sale price ratio dropped below 100%.

Indian Land real estate November 2022 set new records for home prices, despite fewer sales. Months supply of homes remained low at 1.5 months, while overall inventory increased, as did days on market. New listings decreased 9.6%, despite a year-over-year 104.5% increase in new construction inventory and a 71.8% increase in resale home inventory.
