Median sale price was up 32.9% compared with July one year ago. Days on market of 8 days were at their lowest level in one year. Sales were down due to lack of inventory and new listings. New listings were at their lowest level since February 2023. With 2.96 months supply of inventory, Ballantyne area home sellers were in the driver's seat in July.
