Indian Trail Real Estate October 2019 Highlights
Indian Trail real estate October 2019 experienced a slight decrease in average (-0.8%) and median (-0.6%) home sale prices. The months supply of homes for sale dropped to 2.2 months and inventory also dropped by 16.8% compared with the same month one year ago. All this despite an increase in new listings of 23.5%. Nonetheless, the increase in new listings contributed to a substantial increase in both closed and pending sales in October 2019 compared with one year ago.
With just 33 average days (down 21 days versus one year ago) on market and 19 median days (down 4 days) on market in October it’s clear that Indian Trail homes are selling quickly and about as quickly as new homes come on the market. At a median selling price of 97.7% of list price, buyers have minimal room to negotiate. Clearly, there’s no slowdown in the demand for Indian Trail homes as we entered the fall selling season in earnest.
