Quellin Home Sales Snapshots For 2024 & Each Quarter In 2024

 

Quellin home sales in 2024 remained unchanged year-over-year with 11 properties sold in both 2023 and 2024. Average sale price increased 6%, while median sale price increased 13% compared with one year ago. The average price per square foot declined 4% to $188. The months supply of inventory was unchanged year-over-year at 0.73 months. With less than one month of inventory, the Quellin neighborhood remained a home seller’s market. On average, days on market increased to 31 compared with 5 days in the same year one year ago. The list to sale price ratio declined 1% to just under 100% at 99.5%.

Quellin real estate sales in Quarter 4-2024 increased to six homes sold compared with the same quarter one year ago. Fourth Quarter also saw more sales than in the prior three 2024 quarters combined.  Average sale price increased 1%, while median sale price increased 11% compared with the same quarter one year ago. The average price per square foot declined 9% to $188. The months supply of inventory declined 50% to 1.33 months, pushing Quellin into a seller’s market. On average, days on market increased to 38 from two days in the same quarter one year ago, but stayed relatively stable compared with Quarter 3-2024, when days on market were 36.  The list to sale price ratio declined 1% to just under 100%, but increased 1.5% from the prior quarter.
