Indian Trail real estate December 2019 remained a seller’s market with less than 2 months supply of homes. Additionally, housing inventory and days on market were both down, despite a small increase in new listings. Home prices were up significantly. Clearly, there’s no slowdown in the demand for Indian Trail homes.
