Home Sales Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 3 – 2023
Millbridge home sales held their own in Quarter 3-2023 both year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter. Compared with the Third Quarter 2022, average and median sale prices increased 11% and 7% respectively.
Quarter-over-quarter, the list to sale price ratio declined by 1%, but it was just under 100%. Year-over-year the list to sale price ratio was flat.
Days on market were 28 up 10 days from the second quarter. The number of properties sold was down 21% compared with the same quarter one year ago, but was up by eight homes from the previous quarter.
