Providence Pointe neighborhood in Charlotte’s Ballantyne area had a strong showing in Quarter 3-2023. Average and median sale prices increased 30% and 29%, respectively, year-over-year. Prices also saw improvement quarter-over-quarter. The list to sale price ratio was 103.56%, up 2% from the same quarter in 2022. Days on market remained low at four days, albeit increasing year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter. No doubt lack of inventory in Providence Pointe contributed to this performance in Quarter 3-2023.

One of the most in-demand and sought-after neighborhoods in the Ballantyne area of south Charlotte, Providence Pointe is a beautiful neighborhood with some 420 homes developed and built by Shea Homes between 2001 and 2008. Demand for Providence Pointe homes stems from its convenient location in Ballantyne just off Lancaster Highway and Highway 521/Johnston Road, which runs through Ballantyne.
