Days On Market Decline To 12 Days

 

Lawson had a strong showing for home sales in Quarter 3-2023. Although home sale prices were down compared with Quarter 2-2023, both average and median home sale prices increased from Quarter 3-2022. Given the wide range of home prices in Lawson, it’s not unreasonable to assume that the quarter-over-quarter sale prices were affected by the price mix of homes sold in the Third Quarter. List to sale price ratio of 100.48% in Quarter 3-2023 was flat compared with the same quarter one year ago. Days on market declined 14% to 12 days from one year ago and were three days lower than in Quarter 2-2023. The number of properties sold also declined year-over-year (-35%) and quarter-over-quarter. For a neighborhood with more than 765 homes, 11 properties listed and sold is a drop in the bucket.
