Home Sales Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 3 – 2024

Millbridge home sales in Quarter 3-2024 saw an increase in home prices compared with the same quarter one year ago, with the median sale price up 17% and average sale price up 13%. The average price per square foot increased 7% to $213, year-over-year.

The list to sale price ratio of 100.1% was unchanged from one year ago. Home buyers in Millbridge saw few opportunities to negotiate on price in Q3-2024.

The number of homes sold increased 7% to 33 compared with Quarter 3 one year ago. The number of properties for sale in Q3-2024 increased 38% to 22, while new listings increased 83% to 11 year-over-year. Despite the increase in properties for sale, with just 0.67 months of housing inventory, Millbridge remained a home seller’s market in Quarter 3-2024.

Compared with Quarter 2-2024, home sale prices also improved. The list to sale price ratio declined 1.2%. The number of homes sold increased by five quarter-over-quarter, while the days on market increased 10 days from one quarter ago to 16 days.
