The median sales price in June 2025 was $562,500. This marks a 12.5% increase from $500,000 in May, but a 3.15% decline compared with $580,792 in June 2024.
The average sales price reached $585,301—up 9.51% from $534,454 in the previous month, but 6.6% lower than the $626,630 recorded a year earlier.
Meanwhile, the average price per square foot remained steady at $229. This unchanged figure, compared with both the prior month and June 2024, reflects stable underlying home values.
List to Sale Price Ratio 📊
The list to sale price ratio was 98.27% in June 2025. This ratio was unchanged compared with both May 2025 and June 2024, suggesting consistent buyer competition and pricing alignment.
Number of Properties Sold 🏠
A total of 32 homes sold in June 2025—down 17.95% from 39 in May, but up 3.23% compared with 31 homes sold in June 2024.
Average Days on Market ⏳
Homes spent an average of 29 days on the market in June. That’s a 14.71% decrease from 34 days in May and a 21.62% improvement compared with 37 days in June 2024. It also represents the lowest days on market since September 2024, when homes averaged 26 days.
Inventory & Month Supply of Inventory 📦
Mint Hill had 158 homes for sale in June 2025—a slight drop from 163 in May, but a 26.40% jump compared with 125 in June 2024. This is the highest inventory level for any June in recent years.
The month supply of inventory (MSI) rose to 4.94 months—also the highest June MSI since 2023. Despite this increase, Mint Hill remains in a balanced market.
New Listings 🆕
There were 47 new listings in June 2025, down 21.67% from 60 in May but up 9.3% compared with 43 new listings in June 2024. This marks the fewest new listings since February 2025, which had just 35.
