Birkdale home sales in Quarter 3-2023 saw average and median home sale prices decline somewhat year-over-year. Prices did, however, increase in Quarter 3-2023 compared with the first two quarters in 2023. Home sold at 101+% of list price in the Third Quarter. With just eight home sold in the Third Quarter, the number of sold homes was 62% lower than in the same quarter one year ago and the lowest compared with the first two quarters in 2023. Homes sold in an average of 25 days, higher than one year ago and one quarter ago, but nonetheless a quick turnaround. As of the start of Quarter 4-2023, no homes in Birkdale were listed for sale.
