Average sale price of Matthews area homes increased 14.9% to $327,210 in April 2019 compared with the same period one year ago.
Median sale price for Matthews area homes in April 2019 increased 6.1% versus one year ago to $278,500.
Average days on market for property listings in Matthews during April 2019 were 49 days (up 18 days compared with one year ago and up 4 days versus the prior month).
Median days on market were 11 days in April 2019, up 7 days compared with one year ago and up 4 days over the prior month.
Average price per square foot was $135/square foot (up $10/square foot) in April 2019 versus the same period in 2018.
Pending salesin Matthews decreased 4.6% in April 2019 versus the same month last year, impacted by a drop in new listings in April.
Closed sales in Matthews increased 44.7% in April 2019 compared with the same month one year ago, no doubt impacted by the 45.8% increase in pending sales in March.
