Home Sales Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 1 – 2024
Millbridge home sales in Quarter 1-2024 saw a substantial increase in home prices compared with the same quarter one year ago. Home sale prices also increased from the most recent quarter ended December 31, 2023. The average price per square foot increased 10% to $206, year-over-year. The list to sale price ratio increased to over 101%, up 4% from Quarter 1-2023 and up 2.14% from Quarter 4-2023. Millbridge home buyers saw no real window of opportunity to negotiate on price in the first quarter of 2024. The number of homes sold declined by one-third from one year ago. With just one-half month of housing inventory (down 37% from one year ago), Millbridge remained a home seller’s market in Quarter 1-2024.
