Home Sales Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 4 – 2023

Millbridge home sales in Quarter 4-2023 saw a decline in average and median home sale prices from Quarter 3-2023. However, home prices increased year-over-year — 16% for average sale price and 15% for median sale price. With home prices ranging from low $400,000’s to almost $900,000, some of the quarter-over-quarter decline in sale prices could be attributed to the price mix of homes listed in the Fourth Quarter.

Quarter-over-quarter,  the list to sale price ratio was unchanged at 99.37%. Year-over-year the list to sale price ratio increased by 1%.

Days on market were 28, unchanged from the Third Quarter 2023 and were unchanged from the Fourth Quarter one year ago. The number of properties sold was down 51% compared with the same quarter one year ago and was down by 10 homes from the previous quarter.
