Quellin Homes Sold Quickly:  2 Days On Average | Average Home Prices Up 25 Y-O-Y%

 

Quellin had an outstanding housing market in Quarter 4-2023. Average home price increased 25% year-over-year, while median home price increased 15% year-over-year. Average sale price also increased compared with the most recent quarter. At $740,000 this was the highest average sale price in all quarters in 2023. Just three properties sold in the Fourth Quarter, up 50% from one year ago, but down from five properties sold in Quarter Three. The average days on market declined 87% from last year and were also down by four days to just two from last quarter. At two days, this was the lowest average days on market in Quellin in all quarters in 2023. The list to sale price ratio of 100.74% was up 3% from the same quarter one year ago and flat compared with the most recent quarter in 2023.
