Quellin Homes Sold Quickly: 6 Days On Average | Average Home Prices Up 13%
After seeing NO sales in Quarter 1-2023, Quellin had three sales in the Second Quarter 2023. Quarter 3-2023 had five sales. The Third Quarter’s list to sale price ratio was just under 101% and homes sold quickly — in just 6 days ,on average. Both average and median sale prices increased 13% and 14%, respectively, year-over-year and also increased substantially from the Second Quarter 2023. No homes were listed for sale at the beginning of Quarter 4-2023.
