Quellin home sales Q1-2025 in Waxhaw were unchanged at four properties sold compared with the same quarter one year ago. Both average and median sale prices were unchanged year-over-year. The average price per square foot was also unchanged at $200 compared with one year ago. The number of homes for sale declined 13% to 7, while new listings were down 100% to zero in Q1-2025. The months supply of inventory remained flat at 1.75 months, keeping Quellin in “home seller” territory in the first quarter of 2025. On average, days on market were flat at 37 days. The list to sale price ratio of 101.6% was unchanged from one year ago and provided no room for negotiations on price for home buyers in Quellin.
