The average days on market for these three homes was just four days. As of the start of the second quarter 2024, there are no single family homes listed for sale in Reavencrest.
REAVENCREST HOME SALES SNAPSHOT: QUARTER 1 – 2024
SINGLE FAMILY HOMES
While there were no closed single family home sales in the the first quarter of 2024, two Reavencrest townhomes did sell. There were no townhome sales in the same quarter one year ago, so we can’t measure comparative trends. Suffice it to say that Reavencrest townhomes continue to sell over $400,000, get more than list price in final sale price, and continue to sell quickly. As of the start of the second quarter 2024, there are no Reavencrest townhomes listed for sale.
