Indian Trail real estate July 2023 saw softening home prices, low inventory, fewer new listings and sales. Days on market declined for a sixth consecutive month to their lowest level since August 2022. List to sale price ratio was just under 100%. With 2.52 months supply of inventory, Indian Trail home sellers remained in the "driver's seat."

Indian Trail real estate in June 2023 rebounded compared with May 2023. Closed sales were up and days on market declined. List to sale price ratio also increased. Home prices held their own versus May and increased compared with June 2022. New listings declined as did inventory, causing days on market to decline a fifth consecutive month.

Indian Trail real estate in May 2023 saw a reverse of the rebound in April with both home sales and the list to sale price ratio declining. Home prices increased slightly. Days on market declined for a third consecutive month. New listings decreased 19% from one year ago, but increased 37+% from April 2023.
