Ardrey Crest home sales in Quarter 2-2024 increased by three homes after no sales in Quarter 1-2024, resulting from no listings. Year-over-year, the number of homes sold increased 50%. Average sale price increased 19% versus the same quarter one year ago, while the median sale price increased 18%. The list to sale price ratio increased 7% to 106.3% year-over-year. The average days on market declined 55% from the same quarter one year ago to five days. This is what happens when inventory is tight… home prices go up, list to sale price ratio goes up, days on market go down.
