Cureton Median Sale Price Up 42% Compared With Quarter 3-2022

Cureton home sales in Quarter 3-2023 saw median home prices jump 42% compared with the same quarter one year ago. Average home prices increased 10% from one year ago. Home prices also increased from Quarter 2-2023. The 11 homes sold in Quarter 3-2023 was the highest number of homes sold in a single quarter this year and almost equal to the number of homes sold in the first two quarters of the year combined. Average days on market increased year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter, but were still a respectable 30 days. List to sale price ratio was just under 99%, flat compared with the same quarter one year ago and slightly down from the previous quarter.
