Weddington Chase neighborhood’s average and median home sale prices increased 23% and 18%, respectively, in Quarter 1-2024 compared with the same quarter one year ago. Days on market decreased 83% year-over-year to 29 days compared with Quarter 1-2023. The price per square foot rose 27% to $230 in Quarter 1-2024 compared with Quarter 1-2023. Home sellers realized 104.13% in list to sale price ratio, which was a 12% increase from the sale time frame one year ago. The three sold properties represented a 200% increase over one year ago, which shows just how tight inventory remains in Weddington Chase. Homes sold quickly at 29 days, on average, which was an 83% decline from one year ago.
