Weddington Chase average and median home sale prices increased 18% and 21%, respectively, in Quarter 4-2023 compared with the same quarter one year ago. Sale prices were lower compared with the Third Quarter 2023. Days on market decreased 44% year-over-year to 18 days compared with Quarter 4-2022, but doubled from nine days in Quarter 3-2023. Home sellers realized 96.69% in list to sale price ratio, which was unchanged from the Fourth Quarter one year ago, but was 6.57% lower than just one quarter ago. Sales declined 25% from one year ago and were down by one home compared with the most recent quarter.
